Customer Success Advisor

Customer Success Advisor

Vero Beach, FL

Customer Success Advisors are responsible for creating and maintaining long-term relationships with our merchants. This involves overseeing a portfolio of assigned merchants and developing and actively seeking new business opportunities from existing clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Account management
  • Develop new business with existing clients and identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • Connect with key business executives
  • Prepare sales reports and answer client queries
  • Liaise with cross-functional internal teams, including operations, support, customer service and management, to improve the entire customer experience
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions to meet customer needs and objectives
  • Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
  • Assist with client requests or issue escalations as needed

Requirements:

  • Related University degree
  • Minimum of 2 – 3 years of Sales experience
  • Minimum of 1 year of Management experience
  • Prior experience or involvement in: customer/client service, account management & development
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, act with a sense of urgency, and interface with all levels of the organization
  • Contribute positively to the organization, both individually and as part of a team
  • Strong Excel, Word, and Power Point skills

  • Driven to Succeed and able to overcome objectives
